Student data you can access
As a school administrator, you have access to limited student data for events you create:
- Attendee information: names and email addresses of students who register for your events.
- Attendance records: check-in status and attendance history for your events.
- Payment status: information about ticket purchases for your events (amounts are processed by Stripe).
- Messages: communications between your school and students through the app.
Your responsibilities as a school administrator
By registering as a school administrator, you agree to:
- Protect student privacy: keep all student information confidential and use it only for legitimate school purposes.
- Comply with data protection laws: handle student data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws.
- Accurate information: provide accurate event information and promptly update any changes.

Payment processing for schools
- Platform fee: LetZDance charges a 6% platform fee on all ticket sales, which is automatically deducted.
- Stripe Connect: all payments are processed through Stripe Connect. You are responsible for complying with Stripe's terms of service.
- Payout schedule: funds are transferred to your bank account according to Stripe's payout schedule (typically 2–7 business days).
- Tax obligations: you are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes on earnings from ticket sales.
Data processor relationship
When you access student data through our platform, you act as a data controller for that information. LetZDance acts as a data processor, providing you with tools to manage your events. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for processing student data and for complying with GDPR requirements in your use of this data.
Your rights under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
